10 Numerical Data and the IMD data set
This episode illustrates how to use scatter plots to show correlations between variables and how to interpret trend lines in these plots. The IMD (Index of Multiple Deprivation) is a dataset about social conditions for all areas of the UK, and we use the subset for North East England here.
