As PowerBI is being constantly improved, new versions are published monthly, the slides and videos in this course may have slightly different user interfaces to your version of the software. However, the principles and visualization methods will be the same, or very similar, for other PowerBI versions and any visualization toolset you wish to try.

You can also merge two files using keys in Excel using the same type of join operation, in case you are using the PowerBI service which does not support the join operation.
